
Refund and Returns Policy

At ChicXXFlair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for details on how to return or exchange items and request a refund.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused: The product must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided to complete the return process.
- Non-sale items: Items purchased at full price can be returned. Unfortunately, sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exceptions: Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, or personalized products, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to inform us of your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
- Pack the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals. You must include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the Item: Send the return to the provided address using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Returns can take up to 5-7 business days to be processed after they arrive at our warehouse.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Full Refund: If the item is returned in its original condition (unopened and unused), you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item.
- Partial Refund: If the item is returned damaged, opened, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the item.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product).
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or fees, which are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. Please follow the return process outlined above and make a new purchase.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will arrange for the return and provide a full refund or replacement. In these cases, ChicXXFlair will cover the return shipping costs.
To report a damaged or incorrect item:
- Email us at Contact@chicxxflair.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your case and guide you through the process of returning the item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Intimate Apparel (e.g., underwear, hosiery)
- Beauty Products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, haircare)
- Personalized or Custom Items
- Gift Cards
- Sale or Clearance Items
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
